Judge Cromer is available to conduct mediated settlement conferences, arbitrations, summary trials and neutral evaluations.   He is also available to assist in the evaluation of cases.

 Rates and Fees:

• Mediations: $300/hr. + $300 administrative fee, (2 hr. minimum);
• 3 Person Arbitrations: $400/hr. + $300 Adm. Fee;
• 1 Person Arbitrations: $500/hr. + $300 Adm. fee for 1 person arbitrations.
• Travel expense: $100/hr travel time if more than 25 miles from 200 Town Run Lane, Winston-Salem, NC and mileage at federal rate.
• Cancellation policy: If ADR conference/event cancelled within 15 days of calendared date, the administrative fee. Cancellation of an arbitration within 30 days of a calendared date for reason other than conflict and not rescheduled, $500 fee.
